Review of Division Decision to issue NOV <br />C-- 90.043, NOV C-90-044 and NOV C-90-057. <br />Mr. Frank Johnson, Assistant Attorney General, informed the Board that <br />the operator had, today, provided a settlement offer that the Division <br />would like time to review. The operator has agreed to a continuance, <br />and the Division plans to present a proposal to the Board during the <br />March 1991 Board Meeting. <br />Mr. John Bachmann, council for the operator, said the operator would be <br />working on a settlement stipulation with the Division for presentation <br />at the March Board Meeting. <br />It was MOVED that the Board approve the petition to continue this <br />matter.
