BANTA, Director <br /> September 20, 1989 <br /> Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised <br /> Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on <br /> September 20, 1989, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct <br /> coal mining operations, File No. C-81-017 (TR - 13), by Mid-Continent <br /> Resources, Inc. , P.O. Box 500, Carbondale, CO 81623, was deemed complete for <br /> the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the <br /> Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br /> The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations in Section <br /> 10, Township 10 South , Range 89 West, 6th P.M. The revision proposes <br /> upgrading of coal refuse pile diversion ditches. <br /> The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br /> of Placita. A copy of the technical revision application is available for <br /> public inspection at the Pitkin County Courthouse, 506 E Main, Aspen, CO. <br /> Written comments, objections or requests for an informal conference on the <br /> technical revision application may be submitted to, and additional information <br /> obtained from, the Mined Land Reclamation Division, Room 215 , 1313 Sherman <br /> Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567.
