Also enclosed is a copy of a newspaper public notice for the Northwest Colorado Daily <br />Press, a copy of our current liability insurance policy, and a revision application form to our existing coal <br />mining and reclamation permit. The current permit term for C -81 -010 expires on December 31, 2012.
