PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FILLING OF APPLICATION FOR A TECHNICAL REVISION TO THE <br /> REGULAR MINING AND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br /> Public notice is hereby given that an application for a technical <br /> revision to the regular mining and reclamation permit has been filed <br /> with the State Mined Land Reclamation Board pursuant to CRS '4-'37-101 <br /> et. seq. and pursuant to regulations promulgated. <br /> The technical revision was submitted by Mid-Continent Resources Inc. , <br /> P.O. Boy: 500. Carbondale, Colorado 8162' for their mine facilities <br /> located in Pitkin and Gunnison Counties approximately five miles west <br /> of Redstone, Colorado. The revision is for approval to construct a <br /> light use road. The permit area is located in Section 10, T. 10 S. , <br /> R. 89 W. , 6th P.M. . See Placita U.S.G.S. 7 1/ minute quadrangle map. <br /> Copies of the proposed technical revision are available for public <br /> inspection at the Pitkin County Courthouse, 502" East Main Street, <br /> Aspen, Colorado 81611 and at the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br /> Division, 1 7 1 Sherman E Street , Room 4� , Denver, Colorado 802201. <br /> Written comments, objections, additional information or requests for <br /> an informal conference concerning this application may be submitted <br /> to the Mined Land Reclamation Division at the address above.
