� r <br /> NOTICE <br /> The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decision <br /> approving, with stipulations, a technical revision under the provisions of the <br /> Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The revision was <br /> submitted by Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. , P.O. Box 158, Carbondale, Colorado <br /> 81623, for their mine facility located in Pitkin County approximately four <br /> miles west of Redstone, Colorado. The technical revision covers land in <br /> Section 15, T10S, R89W of the 6th P.M. Redstone Quadrangle. <br /> The technical revision is for approval to construct a light use road for <br /> access to proposed methane gas wells and subsidence monitoring. <br /> Copies of the revision can be obtained from the Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Division, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br /> Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. Any person who has an interest which is or <br /> may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing on the decision by the <br /> Division. These requests must be made within 10 days of this publication, <br /> shall be in writing, and state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the <br /> request and objections to the proposed decision. <br /> 9146F <br />
