The total volume appears to have been miscalculated. Using the <br /> cross-sectional areas provided, the Division calculates approximately <br /> 22,000 c.y. to be moved, rather than the 10,000 c.y, in the submittal . <br /> 2. The Division has estimated dozer productions as follows: <br /> Unadjusted production 285 LCY hr <br /> Operator .75 <br /> Job Efficiency .P-3 <br /> Grade .70 <br /> 124.2 LCY hr <br /> The earth moving costs are therefore, <br /> 22000 LCY X $118.00/hr = $20,902 <br /> 124.2 LCY/hr <br /> 3. Revegetation unit costs have not been agreed to as of this time with <br /> respect to the mid-term review. However, due to the small area <br /> involved, the Division will accept the figure of $1 ,375.00/ac, subject <br /> to future revision upon resolution of this issue. <br /> The total cost for the revision should, therefore, be <br /> Earthwork 20,902 <br /> Revegetation 8,650 <br /> Total 29,5r7 <br /> 4. There is no discussion of topsoil salvage and redistribution for this <br /> revision. If topsoil exists in the expansion area this should be <br /> required. In addition, bond calculations for the buildings have not <br /> been addressed.
