Reeves <br /> Date : February 28 , 1994 <br /> Subject: Area disturbed by removing dirt from hill side <br /> immediately west of the unit train bin. <br /> Attached map which is colored yellow and edged in green shows <br /> the additional disturbed area caused by removing dirt from hill <br /> side immediately west of the bL- <br /> IJ <br /> iii� c.:;� u.iit .'rain bin. <br /> This area was defined by using the transit and stadia method. <br /> A point was set adjacent to the bin and stadia distances, <br /> horizontal angles , and vertical angles were recorded by turning <br /> various angles from a base line parallel to the edge of the bin. <br /> Also note that the map which shows the length of the unit <br /> train bin as 600 feet is in error. The bin is actually 500 feet <br /> long and 80 feet wide at its widest point. <br />
