Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. <br /> Soil and Fill Trucking at Coal Basin Mines 1994 <br /> Request for Proposal <br /> Scope of Work <br /> The Coal Basin Mines near Redstone, Colorado need to move soil and <br /> fill materials for road and mine portal reclamation in the summer <br /> of 1994. Two trucks are needed for a period of approximately 8 to <br /> 9 weeks , although the work period will likely be divided into 3 or <br /> 4 time segments . A Cat 980 loader or other loader available on the <br /> site will load the trucks at no cost to the bidder . <br /> All trucking will be on Mid-Continent roads and will not occur on <br /> any public highway , however , there will be high altitude hauling on <br /> narrow, steep roads. Maximum uphill haul grade is expected to be <br /> 10%. Bidder should provide a price per hour per truck based on two <br /> trucks for the 8 or 9 week period. Operator must be included. <br /> Trucks must be in good condition. Bidder will provide all fuel and <br /> other operating costs . <br /> Bidder has discretion to choose whatever trucks are felt to be best <br /> suited for the job. Please list what trucks are proposed and their <br /> soil capacity per load. <br /> Bidder must provide general liability insurance for $1 ,000 ,000. All <br /> of the successful bidder ' s personnel to be used on the site must <br /> have current worker ' s compensation. Please reply within 7 days . <br />
