The plan <br /> entai Is the final reclamation of Mines 3 and 4 and the Sutey Refuse <br /> Pile. Also, the roads to #3, #4 and #5 mines would be reclaimed in <br /> a manner that would be acceptable to the Division yet still provide <br /> access . Ongoing salvage operations would occur at all other areas . <br /> It is felt that the schedule of reclamation is reasonable and does <br /> allow time for the salvage crews to get acceptable prices on all <br /> equipment , buildings , etc. at all other areas . <br /> Also , the complement of equipment needed to perform the reclamation <br /> is not greatly different from that used in 1993.
