As indicated, Channel A of the Bid Package drainage plan appears to remove a <br /> road right-of-way guaranteed the Willisons for access to their property. Neither <br /> Mid-Continent nor the Willisons have consented. <br /> The DMG Bid Document allows use of the property for which consent of the <br /> property owner (MCR or the U.S. Forest Service) should be obtained, but is not. <br /> At minimum, there should be some consultation with the property owner, <br /> although that has not occurred. <br /> DMG Bid Document. <br /> A source of riprap within the mine site area will be identified by the <br /> CONTRACTOR, subject to approval of the PROJECT MANAGER. <br /> Page 6. <br /> 1.0 Mobilization/Demobilization <br /> 1.1 Description <br /> This specification covers the CONTRACTOR's operations for <br /> b.
