(Proponent) . All of the <br /> federal lands being considered for exchange are in Pitkin County. These lands <br /> are described below and are shown on attached Map 1. <br /> Township 9 South, Range 86 West, 6th Pm, Pitkin County, CO <br /> Section 14: Lots 2, 4, and 5; and, <br /> Section 23: Lots 12 and 13. <br /> These lands are also known as BLM Disposal Parcel 86 and total <br /> approximately 38.29 acres. <br /> In exchange the United States would acquire portion of the following lands <br /> owned by Mid-Continent Resources in Pitkin County. The Mid-Continent property <br /> (see Map 2) is located in: <br /> Township 9 South, Range 89 West, 6th P.M., Pitkin County, CO <br /> Sections: 28,31,32,33,34; <br /> Township 10 South, Range 89 West, 6th P.M., Pitkin County, CO <br /> Sections: 5,6,7,8,17,18,20,21,22,23,24,25,36; <br /> Township 10 South, Range 88 West, 6th P.M., Pitkin County, CO <br /> Section: 31; and <br /> Township 11 South, Range 88 West, 6th P.M., Pitkin County, CO <br /> Section: 6. <br />
