The uppermost pond requires cleaning. The lower two ponds do not.
The dragline is required to dredge the pond. As this pond does not have a suitable
area to place pond cleanings, the muck will have to be transported to the tunnel pile,
and there spread. This requires the use of at least two trucks, which in tum dictates
use of an experienced dragline operator to load material into the trucks without spillage
or damage to the trucks.
The road to the tunnel ponds is being kept clear of snow, as required, to allow access.
Some additional work is required when the dragline is on-site to allow it to access the
ponds. The dozer is required for this job.
