How much money in both actual dollars and as a percentage has <br /> the state of Colorado contributed annually for the past six <br /> years to DMG's Coal Program (not including the Abandoned Mine <br /> Program) ? <br /> 2 . How much, if any, annual dues does DMG pay to the Interstate <br /> Mining Compact Commission or the Western Interstate Energy <br /> Board? <br /> 3 . How many citizen's complaints were filed with the DMG in 1992 <br /> and in 1993 (to date)? What was the outcome of those <br /> complaints (i.e. how many resulted in NOV's, fines or other <br /> penalties)? <br /> 4. How many Ten Day Notices were issued to the DMG by OSM in 1992 <br /> and in 1993 (to date)? What was the outcome of the TDN's <br /> (i.e. how many resulted in NOV's, fines or other penalties)? <br /> 5. Of NOV's issued in 1992 and in 1993 (to date) how many were <br /> vacated? <br /> 6. Does DMG inform citizen complainants of their right to take to <br /> OSM any grievance which they may have with the state? <br /> 7.
