At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Horstmann suggested that we obtain <br /> an opinion from the Colorado Attorney General's office ("AG") on SGC's continued <br /> responsibility following closure. Per Mr. Horstmann's suggestion we requested a meeting <br /> with Amelia Whiting of the AG office to discuss the legal questions presented by the <br /> Sunnyside closure plan and the WQCD's position, and she agreed to meet with us on <br /> March 10. This letter is a summary of the results of that meeting. <br /> We met as scheduled, at WQCD's offices. Present were Ms. Whiting, Patricia <br /> Nelson of the WQCD, Jerry Raisch of the law firm of Vranesh & Raisch (SGC's outside <br /> counsel) and myself. Ms. Whiting opened the meeting by stating that the AG office <br /> represented WQCD in this matter, and was unable to render an advisory opinion on the <br />
