That higher or hPtter use i;, a ski <br /> area along the southern (northern facing) portion of Coal <br /> Basin. <br /> Since specific and feasible plans cannot he submitted <br /> to the Division at this time showing that financing, attain- <br /> ment and maintenance of the ski area concept will be feasible <br /> Rome 40 yegre in the future, this recreational concept <br /> becomes an alternative use concept that must await approval <br /> coward the end of the 40 year mining program . <br /> Consequently, the primary posLminin- land uses will be <br /> assumed to be the same as the premining uses , and the rcrlamn- <br /> tion plan (and bonding) have been revised accordingly. <br /> Wherever the ski recreation. area plan is mentioned throughouL <br /> t-hiR chapter. , it must be understood that it is an alternative <br /> to the premining uses that , hopefully, will be approved <br /> toward the end of the mining program. <br /> iii (Chap .
