I spoke with Mike Long about this issue. He informed me that the <br /> Division has not had occasion to enter any such agreements. <br /> You had also asked about those parts of Mid-Continent Resources' mining and reclamation <br /> permit which refer to post mining land use. Please find enclosed a copy of certain pages <br /> from the permit. The first three groups of pages are MCR-generated documents concerning <br /> post mining land use. The second group of pages is a finding by the Division that MCR's <br /> post mining land use meets regulatory requirements.
