The Accounting was
done in January 1998 and as the documents indicate, the Accounting only reflects the
Division's best estimate of future costs at the site based on the conditions and reclamation
tasks planned at that time. Since the filing of the Accounting, tasks have changed and certain
costs are now known(because of bids)rather than being estimates.
If you have any questions, please call me at(303) 866-5127.
Since ly,
CHERYL A.LINDEN
First Assistant Attorney General
Natural Resources and Environment Section
(303) 866-5127
(303) 866-3558 (FAX)
7-0'd bi:St 66, 9 130 8SS9980=xEd
