In view of DMG' s dereliction in these matters, we therefore ask <br /> that OSM prove itself useful and take corrective action as <br /> follows. We ask: (1) that OSM cause DMG to report the cost to <br /> the State to date of managing the Coal Basin reclamation project <br /> and (2) that OSM cause the State to include project management <br /> costs as part of its reclamation cost accounting.
