t <br /> NOTICE <br /> The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decision <br /> approving a technical revision under the provisions of the Colorado Surface <br /> Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The revision was submitted by <br /> Mid-Continent Resources, Incorporated, P.O. Box 158, Carbondale, Colorado <br /> 81623, for their mine facility located in Pitkin County approximately four <br /> miles west of Redstone, Colorado. The technical revision covers land in <br /> Section 17, T10S, R89W of the 6th P.M. Redstone Quadrangle. <br /> The technical revision to Permit No. C-017-81 is for post mining configuration <br /> and reclamation of the No. 1 Mine Land Fill withi4terim sediment control <br /> measures. <br /> Copies of the revision can be obtained from the Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Division, 1313 Sherman Street, Centennial Building, Room 423, <br /> Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. Any person who has an interest which <br /> is or may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing on the decision <br /> by the Division. These requests must be made within 10 days of this <br /> publication, shall be in writing, and state with reasonable specificity the <br /> reasons for the request and objections to the proposed decision. <br />
