's, Coal Basin Mines, Permit Revision No. 2, <br /> and has begun work on the Federal decision document. OSMRE has a comment <br /> on the Amendment to the Findings document. The document does not make it <br /> clear that the revision calls for the addition of 4,120 acres to the <br /> permit area, and that the applicant intends to conduct mining on the <br /> remainder of the Federal coal leases to the south and west of the <br /> currently approved permit area.
