NOTICE <br /> The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decision <br /> approving a technical revision under the provisions of the Colorado Surface <br /> Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The revision was submitted by <br /> Mid-Continent Resources, Inc., P.O. Box 158, Carbondale, Colorado 81623, for <br /> their mine facility located in Pitkin County approximately 4 miles west of <br /> Redstone, Colorado. The technical revision covers land in Section 11 , T11S, <br /> R89W of the 6th P.M. Redstone Quadrangle. <br /> The technical revision is for approval to construct a sediment pond system at <br /> the Mine No. 2. <br /> Copies of the revision are available for inspection at the Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Division, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 423, <br /> Denver, Colorado 80203-2273, (303) 866-3567, and at the Pitkin County <br /> Courthouse. Any person who has an interest which is, or may be adversely <br /> affected may request a formal hearing on the decision by the Division. These <br /> requests must be made within 10 days of this publication, shall be in writing, <br /> and state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and <br /> objections to the proposed decision. <br /> /ph <br /> Doc.
