DRMS: Please send a revised page 2.05 -6a including the Truck Loading <br />System under the Surface Facilities List as approved by MR -113. <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING <br />CONST. MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of New Elk Coal Company (NECC), the following responses have been <br />prepared in reply to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS') comments <br />and concerns regarding the above referenced technical revision application stated in <br />the letter dated June 1, 2012. <br />2. DRMS: It appears that there may be an error on page 2.05 -9 referring to Map 13A <br />as Drainage Basins. Map 13A is listed as Sediment and Surface Water Control Silo <br />Area while Map 13B is listed as Post Mine Topography Drainage Basins. Please send <br />a revised page 2.05 -9 correcting this error. <br />NECC: Reference to Map 13A has been removed, revised page 2.05 -9 is attached. <br />3. DRMS: Please send a revised page 2.05 -11a updating Table 20 Ditch Data to <br />include all ditches added by TR -64. <br />NECC: Ditches not currently approved should not be included in Table 20, and per <br />DRMS email correspondence with Rob Zuber dated June 12, 2012, DRMS concurs. <br />4. DRMS: Please provide an updated page 2.05 -44 to include discussions of the <br />Temporary Stockpile as approved by MR -117. <br />NECC: Page 2.05 -44 has been revised to include discussions of the temporary <br />stockpile approved by MR -117. Also, reference to Exhibit 42 was changed to Exhibit <br />
