The mine is known as the Sunnyside Mine and is <br /> located at or near Protracted Sections 14, 21, Township 42N, Range <br /> 7W, New Mexico Prime Meridian. <br /> The revision proposes the placement of four reinforced concrete <br /> bulkheads to impound water currently passing through the Sunnyside <br /> Mine workings. The purpose of these bulkheads is to restore the <br /> pre-mining hydrology as best as possible to that present prior to <br /> mining. Additional information and tentative decision date may be <br /> obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman <br /> Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203 (303) 866-3567, or the <br /> above named mine operator. A copy of the technical revision <br /> submittal has been placed with the San Juan County Clerk and <br /> Recorder; Court House, 1400 Greene Street, Silverton, Colorado for <br /> public review. <br /> Written comments must be received by the Mined Land Reclamation <br /> Board by 5:00 p.m. on October 4, 1993. <br />
