Sorenson: <br /> Sunnyside Gold Corporation (SGC) nas requested partial approval of <br /> TR-14 for construction of the Brenneman bulkheads (F-Level and B- <br /> Level) in a June 4 , 1993 supplemental submittal but needs an <br /> extension to delay the current decision date (June 301 , 1993) for <br /> the remaining bulkheads (American Tunnel and Terry Tunnel) <br /> contained in TR-14 . This extension is needed to allow time to <br /> address concerns of the Division and Colorado Department of Health. <br /> SGC requests that August 16 , 1993 be the new decision date. <br /> It is my understanding that the partial approval request is being <br /> approved pending site inspection so those bulkheads are not <br /> included in the above request.
