You may also find our template Forms, Policies and Guidelines at our Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation Mining and Safety website www.mining.state.co.us . From the homepage, on the left <br />ribbon, select 'Forms Policies & Guidelines', next page appears, select second topic 'Mineral Forms'. <br />Here, the second section is 'Mineral Succession of Operator Forms'. The third section contains the <br />various Mineral Warranty Forms for your Financial Warranty. These forms are templates to type and <br />print, or you may print and handwrite. <br />Colorado Calumet Co., Inc. currently has a Financial Warranty Certificate of Deposit. If they wish to <br />assign that warranty to you, we will need the Financial Warranty Certificate of Deposit Third Party <br />completed.
