PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION FOR A <br /> TECHNICAL REVISION TO THE REGULAR MINING <br /> AND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br /> Public notice is hereby given that an application for a technical <br /> revision to the regular mining and reclamation permit has been <br /> filed with the State Mined Land Reclamation Board pursuant to CRS <br /> 34-33-101 et. seq. and pursuant to regulations promulgated. <br /> The technical revision was submitted by Mid-Continent Resources, <br /> Inc. , 201 Centenniat St. , Suite 406, Glenwood Springs, Colorado <br /> 81601 for their mine facilities located in Pitkin and Gunnison <br /> Counties, approximately 4 miles west of Redstone, Colorado. The <br /> revision is for approval of small area exemptions. The permit area <br /> is located in Section 10, T. 10 S. , R. 89W. , 6th P.M. See Placita <br /> U.S.G.S. 7 1/2 minute quadrangle map. <br /> Copies of the proposed technical revision are available for public <br /> inspection at the Pitkin County Planning Department, 130 S.
