Box 500, Carbondale, CO 81623, was deemed complete for the <br /> purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act <br /> and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br /> The applicant proposes to obtain a small area exemption sediment pond variance <br /> and install alternative sediment controls for a number of specified area at <br /> the Coal Basin Mine. The mine is located near Redstone, Colorado. Affected <br /> lands are located in Section 10, Township 10 South, Range 89 West, 6th P.M. , <br /> in Pitkin and Gunnison Counties. <br /> The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br /> of Placita. A copy of the technical revision application is available for <br /> public inspection at the IPitkin County Courthouse, 506 E Main, Aspen, CO. <br /> Written comments may be submitted and additional information may be obtained <br /> from the Mined Land Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, <br /> Denver, Colorad 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> v � <br /> Dan T.
