Box 500, Carbondale, Colorado 81623, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations at the Coal Basin Mines . The affected area is located in protions of Sections 31 and 32 , T9S, R89W; Sections 5-8, 10-11 , 14-21 , 28-30., T10S, R90W; all in the 6th P.M. in Pitkin and Gunnison Counties . The proposed revision would delete two haul road drainage culverts specified in the approved permit. The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps "Placita" and "Elk Knob. " A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Pitkin County Courthouse, 506 East Main Street, Aspen, Colorado.
