Page 6) the <br /> limitations are . . . (federal) Part 434.63 for precipitation events. Mid-Continent's <br /> comments have, accordingly, been formulated in response to the requirements of Part <br /> 434.63, and to the Surface Mining Reclamation and Control Act (SMCRA), Sec. 515 (d) <br /> (4), which is referenced in the regulation. <br /> 1 <br />
