Flow Measuring Device <br /> r <br /> If not already a part of the permitted facility, within ninety (90) <br /> days after the effective date of the permit, a flow measuring device <br /> shall be installed to give representative values of effluent quantities <br /> at the respective discharge points. Unless specifically exempted or <br /> modified in Part I.B.2 of this permit, a flow measuring device will be <br /> applicable at all designated discharge points. <br /> At the request of the Director of the Water Quality Control Division, <br /> or the Regional Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, <br /> or their authorized representative, the permittee shall show proof of <br /> the accuracy of any flow-measuring device used in obtaining data <br /> submitted in the monitoring report. The flow-measuring device must <br /> indicate values wir4an ten (10) percent of the actual flow being <br /> discharged from the facility. <br /> Code: i - 23 Date: 1 84 <br />
