CMLR, because of a change <br /> in sample adequacy formu as, will require approximately 70 percent more <br /> sampling. Also, we cann t guarantee that the reference area selected <br /> will meet their precise equirements. <br /> Finally, I talked to Jim Herron regarding a different approach, i .e. , <br /> "using pre—mining data on the disturbed area as the reclamation standard," <br /> and he would not approve.
