On February 3, 1986, CMLRD approved with stipu c IN MINED
L DIVISIONTechnical Revision submitted by Mid-Continent esources
(MCR) on November 8, 1985, requesting suspension of the
subsidence monitoring program approved as part of MCR's Coal
-Bain Mines Permit A plication effective August 1, 1983. A
stipulation of the T chnical Revision as accepted by MCR
required a resurvey f the subsidence monitoring points
prior to renewal of he permit at the end of its initial 5-
year period. The required resurvey was performed on August
8 and 9, 1988 .
The results of the resurvey are included in the tables
attached, as follows
