Many sheep were
using the area. The site appeared well reclaimed.
Site 29 was visited on the ground and found in good condition. Again, some weeds exist (houndstongue
primarily) but not in excess of what is found in the native, undisturbed areas. Vegetation was generally
good over the entire reclaimed pad area.
Site 33 was difficult to locate on the ground and using remote imagery. Thorough ground inspection of
the area found no unreclaimed disturbance, casing, or other sign of disturbance.
Site 18 was found using remote imagery at 40 deg 24' 35.2 "N 107 deg 7' 43.1 "W and appeared fully
reclaimed.
Site 21 was found using remote imagery at 40 deg 25'4.7"N 107 deg 8'28.5"W and appeared fully
reclaimed.
Most sites visited on the ground were positively identified by small aluminum caps at ground level.
The operator is required to show evidence that monitoring wells at sites 13, 14 and 23 are permitted with
the Division of Water Resources and /or permitted and bonded under a DRMS mining permit.
Once documentation is received, and based on the results of this field inspection and review of the file,
bond under this NOI can be released.
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0
Page 3 of 5
