June 5, 2012 C- 1981- 020/Munger Canyon Mine MPB <br />The mine bench area is stable. The reclaimed hill slope and drainage channels along the entire length of the <br />formal portal access road appeared to be in good condition with no evidence of slides or other damage. The <br />vegetation has become well established with grasses and shrubs along the entire length of the reclaimed portal <br />access (see Photo No. 3). All site locations appeared stable and no significant erosion or other problems were <br />identified during this complete inspection. <br />OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES - Rule 4.04,4.28: <br />The reclaimed Loma Loadout site was inspected. The sign with operator information, DRMS Permit Number and <br />MSHA ID is in good condition and clearly visible at the site. The loadout site remains stable with no erosion or <br />other concerns identified.
