All the <br />profiles depict a gradual slope with a southern aspect. <br />The profiles generated for Transect 2 using the Exhibit A map and the Exhibit 18 -1 map are very similar. Like <br />Transect 1, the original proposed post operation topography is generally lower than the elevations reported in the <br />SL1 application. Two of the points collected along Transect 2 (stations 6 +10 and 10 +08) depicts a steep elevation <br />drop and then a quick rise and is not consistent with the other two elevation profiles for these stations. During the <br />inspection, the Division did not observe these steep drops and rises at these stations. There may have been an <br />error with the GPS data at these points. Overall the profiles depicted a gradual hill slope with an eastern aspect. <br />Given the Divisions findings the Operator appears to have graded the area as they have depicted on the SL 1 map. <br />The post mine topography varies a little from the proposed post mine topography depicted on the Exhibit 18 -1 <br />Map within the permit, however they are very similar. The area has been graded to match the surrounding <br />topography with a gentle south and east aspect. <br />Table 1.
