Delivery must be made by August 17, 1998 to the following address: <br /> Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br /> C/O: Colorado Division of Wildlife <br /> Crystal River Fish Hatchery <br /> 2957 Highway 133 <br /> Carbondale, Colorado, 81623 <br /> The mixtures must be formulated and delivered in accordance with the following <br /> specifications: <br /> Mine Site Seed Mixture: Please provide the mix in two acre bags having 25.48 pounds of <br /> Pure Live Seed per bag. The total seed for this order shall be 573.30 pounds PLS <br /> packaged in 23 separate bags. <br /> Outslope Seed Mixture: Please provide the mix in two acre bags having 29.2 pounds of <br /> Pure Live Seed per bag. The total seed for this order shall be 438 pounds PLS packaged <br /> in 15 separate bags. <br /> Diversion Mixture: Please provide the mix in one bag, containing 32.25 pounds of Pure <br /> Live Seed. The total seed for this order shall be 32.25 pounds PLS packaged in one bag. <br /> For the Mine Site and Outslope Mixtures, seed shall be thoroughly pre-mixed in the <br /> specified proportions and delivered in bags consisting of a two acre batch of seed at <br /> the rate specified. The seed denoted by an asterisk M on the attached table shall be <br /> placed in a separate bag enclosed with each two acre bag. <br /> The Diversion Mbdure shall be thoroughly pre-mixed in the specified proportions, and <br /> delivered in 1 bag consisting of 32.25 pounds pure live seed. <br /> All seed shall conform to the current rules and regulations of the State of Colorado and <br /> the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Unless exception is granted by the PROJECT <br /> MANAGER, seed shall be thoroughly pre-mixed (except for legumes) in the required <br /> proportions and delivered to the designated location in bags clearly tagged showing <br /> the name and address of the supplier, the net weight of each species of seed in the mix, <br /> the percent of weed seed content, and the guaranteed percentage of purity and <br /> germination for each species. A signed statement shall be furnished certifying that the <br /> seed provided is from a lot that has been tested by a recognized laboratory for seed <br /> testing within nine months prior to the date of delivery to the job site. <br /> Each container shall be clearly tagged with the name and address of the supplier; the <br /> seed mix title; pounds PLS of each species; the net weight of each species of the seed <br /> mix; the percent of weed seed content; and the guaranteed percentage of germination <br /> of the seed lot. <br /> 2 <br />
