There is a balance of $3,757.68 left on Contract #C188230 and $73,175.00 left on
Contract #0188235. Is it okay for me to liquidate the balances of these two contacts and free up these funds?
Also, FYI- I have not paid the invoice to Federal Interagency Sedimentation Project (Bernadette Ward) in the amount
of $1,706.00. I have been attempting to get a signed W -9 form from them since 11- 17 -99, again on 11 -30 -99 and
phoned and left a message today.
Thanks.
1
