BID: Pursuant to the advertisement by the State of Colorado dated Jul 2, 1999 the undersigned bidder proposes to furnish all the labor and materials and to perform all the work required for a complete and prompt execution of everything described or shown in or reasonably implied from the Bidding Documents, including the Drawings and Specifications, for the base bid above indicated, and according to the attached-Bid Schedule. 2.
