Akins - added as Chief Executive Officer with a begin date of 11/12/11 and added as <br />a Director with a begin date of 10/25/11. <br />Michael D. Miller — an end date of 12/31/11 was added to his listings as Senior Vice President, <br />General Counsel and Secretary. <br />Kathryn D. Sullivan — an end date of 05/01/11 was added to her listing as Director. <br />The following changes, though not noted in your letter, were also made for American Electric <br />Power Company, Incorporated: <br />Michael G. Morris — added as Non - Executive Chairman with a begin date of 01/01/12 and end <br />dates of 12/31/11 as Executive Chairman, 11/14/11 as Chairman of the Board, and 11/11/11 as <br />Chief Executive Officer. <br />Lester A Hudson — an end date of 04/27/12 was added to his listing as Director. <br />Carl L.
