The Division of Minerals and Geology is in the process of reclaiming the Coal Basin Mines,
Currently, reclamation activities are preformed under-the supervision of the Division of Minerals
and Geology, Office of Active and Inactive Mines and are funded by proceeds from bankruptcy
proceedings.
The Division is soliciting telephone bids from interested contractors for the purpose of conducting
maintenance activities at the Dutch Creek Flume near the main entrance to the Mine property.
