This SAP was approved, and incorporated into
the New Horizon Mine permit, under Technical Revision No. 61 (TR -61) on November 21, 2011. Sampling
of the soils was conducted in November and December 2011. Certain modifications to the approved SAP
were made in the field; Technical Revision No. 62 (TR -62), which was approved on April 4, 2012, provided
formal documentation of the changes that were made. With MR -84, the field and laboratory analytical results
obtained from the sampled soils are being incorporated into Section 2.04.9 of the permit.
For additional information or to provide written comments, contact the Division of Reclamation, Mining
and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567.
