Box 177 <br /> Silverton, CO 81433 <br /> RE: Decision Date, Technical Revision TR-14, File No. M-6'/7-378 <br /> Dear Mr. Perino: <br /> On September 24, 1993 , the Division received from Sunnyside Gold <br /> Corporation (SGC) an amended filing to TR-14. This amended filing <br /> essentially consisted of responses to the Division's adequacy <br /> letter dated April 15, 1993 . In accordance with Rule 1.5 of the <br /> Mineral Rules and Regulations, The Division has extended the <br /> decision date for TR-14 to October 22, 1993 to allow an adequate <br /> opportunity for a review of the amended filing by Division staff, <br /> and by any interested members of the public. On the decision date, <br /> the Division will schedule TR-14 for a hearing before the Mined <br /> Land Reclamation Board, and shall notify SGC and any interested <br /> parties of the Division's proposed recommendation to the Board. <br /> Division staff is currently reviewing your amended, filing, and will <br /> contact you if there are any questions. As we have discussed, <br /> Division staff and SGC representatives will meet at Division <br /> offices in Denver on October 8 1993 , to discuss any outstanding <br /> issues.
