The New Horizon North Mine is located in Montrose County, apps 2.5 miles northwest of Nucla. The Surface operation has an anticipE imum production capacity of 460,000 tons per year. Coal interest is and the surface to be affected is Private land. The permit area ence approximately 322 acres. - This proposed decision is based on a finding that the propose do will comply with all requirements of the Colorado Surface Co Reclamation Act, Section 3433101 et seq., C.R.S., and the regulal mulgated thereunder. Copies of the proposed decision, including any stipulations, are c public inspection at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining ar Room 215, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, 80203; at the Montrose County Courthouse Nucla Annex, 300 Ma Nucla, CO 81424; and at the Montrose County Clerk's Office, 11 Townsend, Montrose, CO 81401.
