The photographs <br />were reviewed by Rob Zuber with Harry on June 1, 2012 and again on June 4, 2012 (without Harry). <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14: <br />West Taylor Fill was inspected; no benches can be seen and topsoil has been laid on part of the face. <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE — Rule 4.09: <br />The spoil pile for South Taylor Pit was observed and no problems were identified. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05: <br />Several ponds were inspected in the photographs and no problems were identified with embankments or spillways. <br />The following ponds held water: West Taylor Pond, Gulch A Pond, and Prospect Pond. The following ponds <br />appeared to be dry: Section 28 Pond and West Pit Pond. <br />There appear to be seeps below Section 28 Pond. <br />Section 28 Collector Ditch and Section 29 Collector Ditch were inspected and no problems observed. <br />The ditches in the Prospect watershed were inspected, and no blowouts or other problems were observed. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 10 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />
