May 24, 2012 C- 1981- 012/New Elk Mine <br />Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />I <br />Topsoil stockpile has been graded and shaped and the berm is in place around it. This pile needs to be seeded with <br />an approved seed mix as soon as practicable to ensure noxious weeds do not invade the topsoil resource. Table 26 <br />in the permit has the approved reclamation seed mixes. <br />The majority of the Subsoil stockpile has been graded and shaped as well. An approved stabilization seed mix <br />needs to be applied to the Subsoil stockpile as well to minimize invasion by noxious weed species. <br />Topsoil that had previously lad down to the north of the topsoil stockpile location was been windrowed to the <br />north side of the pad.
