Pursuant <br />to Rule 1.9, DMG decision date is September 25, 2000. Please be advised that TR -22 <br />may be deemed inadequate, and may be denied on September 25, 2000, unless the <br />following adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of DMG. <br />1. Please specify the type of concrete mix to be utilized in the near surface bulkhead. <br />2. Please specify whether the pipe bypass system will, or will not be stabilized with <br />thrust rings. If thrust rings will be utilized, please provide a description.
