Please send a revised page 2.05 -6a including the Truck Loading System under the Surface
Facilities List as approved by MR -113.
2. It appears that there may be an error on page 2.05 -9 referring to Map 13A as Drainage
Basins. Map 13A is listed as Sediment and Surface Water Control Silo Area while Map
13B is listed as Post Mine Topography Drainage Basins. Please send a revised page 2.05 -9
correcting this error.
3. Please send a revised page 2.05 -11a updating Table 20 Ditch Data to include all ditches
added by TR -64.
4. Please provide an updated page 2.05 -44 to include discussions of the Temporary Stockpile
as approved by MR -117.
5. NECC must provide a plan for controlling runoff, particularly energy dissipation, once it
flows through ditch D49 and onto the Parks and Wildlife property. Also, a field inspection
from early May 2012 reveals that the drainage culvert on CPW's property which would
relieve the runoff from ditch D49 has been buried. Finally, the Division requests that NECC
contact Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) regarding the discharge point of ditch D49.
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
