Seneca Coal Company, 37796 Routt County Road 53, P.O. Box 670, Hayden, Colorado 81639, has
requested release of Phase I bond liability on 171.6 acres of its reclaimed lands at the Yoast Mine (CDMG
Permit No. C -94 -082, approved August 5, 1995).
The Yoast Mine is located approximately 8.5 miles southeast of the Town of Hayden, Colorado off of
Routt County Road 27. The specific area to which this bond release request applies is included within the
Permit Area located as follows:
