This <br />application has been prepared and is submitted in accordance with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) <br />Guideline Regarding Selected Coal Mine Bond Release Issues (April 18, 1995), Rule 3.03 Release of PeOrruance Bonds. <br />Copies of the letters sent to surface owners within and adjacent to the permit boundary, holders of easements on the <br />property, and local government bodies providing written notice to seek release are included in the application package. <br />The "Public Notice" was sent to the Steamboat Pilot for four (4) continuous publications. The first publication will <br />occur on June 3, 2012.
