Copy of SGC's October 14, 1999 submittal is attached for reference. <br /> Also attached to this report is a location map, showing the approximate locations of the <br /> upland diversion ditches and diversions A, B and C. <br /> Installation of the diversion structures and reclamation of associated affected lands <br /> appeared consistent with SGC's October 14, 1999 submittal, and appeared to have been <br /> completed in accordance with the conditions of the Consent Decree and in accordance <br /> with the performance requirements of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act and the <br /> Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br /> Board. <br /> Observations: Upland Diversion Ditch had been constructed along the north side of <br /> the Mayflower Tailings Pond 1 . The ditch begins at the topographic rise which creates a <br /> drainage divide near the NE end of Tailings Pond 1 . The ditch proceeds west and outlets <br /> to the Boulder Creek channel located along the west side of Tailings Pond 1 . The diversion <br /> ditch receives flow from upland diversions A and B, as well as upland surface runoff. The <br /> upland diversion ditch is an open channel, lined with heavy black plastic and surfaced with <br />
